So if you want to live a stronger and more confident life, I've got the training and the expertise to help you every step of the way.

Stretching & Flexibility Coach (NASM)

As a certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach, I am trained to perform assisted stretches on individuals. First I assess the body then design expanded and comprehensive flexibility and stretching programs that will be more efficient and effective at identifying problems while implementing solutions. Assisted stretching with me will improve your flexibility, ROM(Range of Motion), overall movement patterns and be painless. This entails numerous benefits for clients, please research for yourself the benefits of improving your flexibility. Instead of going to a stretch lab facility, you can contact me to schedule a stretch session/program with me at one of my locations and in some cases I might be able to come to you.

ISSA Exercise Recovery Specialist

As an Exercise Recovery Specialist, I am an educated and well-informed fitness professional who can examine a client's fitness regime and recommend adequate techniques and strategies to help them physically & mentally recover from their endeavor. Additionally, I am well-equipped to design programs and exercises to prevent and/or minimize the chances of injuries.

Core Conditioning

I possess an in-depth knowledge of the core region of the body along with specific exercises that target this area. The core actually consists of many different muscles that stablize the spine and pelvis, and run the entire length of the torso. These muscles help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight and move in any direction. Approximately 60% of the body's strength is generated from the core. I am a Core & Stability Specialist!

Winning Sports Nutrition

Whether you are a competitive athlete or just enjoy working out, what you consume will affect your performance. I can show you an eating strategy that can support your training performance and overall health. Your body needs the right macro and micronutrients like: carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and fluid to fuel it for exercise. Eating properly can also help one train harder and it can delay the onset of fatigue and aid in the recovery from a workout. With the right diet, you can achieve peak performance.

Training The Athlete Over 50

It's never too late to start training. People can begin lifting weights or exercising in general for the first time in their 50's, 60's and beyond. Through proper and consistent training, many of these people will be able to achieve greater strength levels than when they were in their 20's. Besides strength training and conditioning, I also incorporate neurological functions for balance, coordination and agility that are often overlooked. I have a tremendous amount of experience working with seniors and a passion to assist them. When you are younger, exercising may be an option but when you are older, exercising is imperative!

Speed Training For Young Athletes

Skills and drills used to take young athletes ages 7 to the recreational and competitive adult athlete to next level of training and performance. From the basic sport and conditioning movements to more complex exercises to achieve ultimate success. Drills for improving strength, balance, joint integrity, core strengthening, speed agility, quickness, power and flexibility.

Exercise and Cancer Survivorship

This certifcation ensures that I am knowledgeable in the science behind the benefits of exercise for cancer survival and survivorship as well as the application of that science to the design or adaptation of exercise programs for cancer patients and survivors. I felt compelled to delve into this subject matter after losing my best friend (my dad) to stage 4 Lung Cancer in Jan 2019. Moreover, unfortunately I have experienced the loss of other family members and friends so this is dear to my heart.
